Yamuna Body Rolling utilizes different sized balls to stimulate bones and allow soft and connective tissues to relax and release restrictions. Yamuna works from the bottom of the feet to the top of the head to bring full functionality back to your body. Benefits of Yamuna Body Rolling can include:

The morning Workshop will be a general introduction and optional afternoon sessions will allow you to focus more deeply on specific areas. Afternoon Segments are Save your Hips and Save your Shoulders. There will be an additional charge for afternoon focus segments--you may choose to attend these the day of the event if you have attended the Introduction Workshop.
Certified Yamuna Practitioner, Kristi Wright of SelfCareU, will lead the workshop in a safe and approachable manner. Whatever your fitness level, Kristi's relaxed and informative manner will let you be at ease.
