Stressed Out??? There's Hope! Week 1

Feel like life runs you?  There's hope!  This 4-week series will make use of the latest in gut/brain research to:

  • Take an assessment and see how stress impacts your health
  • Identify typical causes of stress
  • Determine if your home, school, or workplace is making you sick
  • Learn techniques to overcome stress, including how food can help you fight stress

Classes will be Mondays in June (4, 11, 18, 25) from 5:30-7:00 pm.

Sessions will be lead by coaches Lissa Kleven, Laughing Buddha Belly Wellnes and Frank and Kim Spillers, Global Horizons.  Fee for the series is $100.  Call 712.243.2800 to reserve your spot.
