Feel like life runs you? There's hope! This 4-week series will make use of the latest in gut/brain research to:
- Take an assessment and see how stress impacts your health
- Identify typical causes of stress
- Determine if your home, school, or workplace is making you sick
- Learn techniques to overcome stress, including how food can help you fight stress
Classes will be Mondays in June (4, 11, 18, 25) from 5:30-7:00 pm.
